The location was great! volia metro and the tram were close. the service was superb, from the cleaner upwards, especially george. breakfast was comprehensive. It had a lot of options.

The carpets were very dirty. i saw bugs on the bathroom floor every night. the beds were hard. they were not a double as requested. They were just two singles pushed together.

the hotel has a great location. you can walk to many attractions. the main bus station is near. breakfast had many options. the staff were very helpful. the hotel allowed us to store luggage before check in. this was great for us.

the shower lacked power. i found it hard to wash my hair. the temperature in the shower fluctuated. it became hot then cold by itself. the shower head was old.

I had a blast! the breakfast was really good. It included many options. the hotel's location is AMAZING!!! it is super close to many of the city's main attractions. I loved it.

The room cleaning and towel changes were not daily. This would have been useful.
